COUTURE by Langham is an exclusive, by invitation only, preferred partner recognition program for selected luxury travel agencies holding a valid IATA number.

COUTURE by Langham is by invitation only, non-transferable and should only be used by the registered member and its travel advisors.

There will not be any membership ID nor physical card.

Only travel advisors working at member agencies are eligible to apply for login credentials for Couture by Langham website. Please submit your request under “New user registration”. The registration process will take 3-5 working days for verification.

All listed COUTURE privileges are only valid for COUTURE bookings.
When you make COUTURE booking on COUTURE by Langham website, we will have your registered IATA number captured. Please include accurate travel advisor’s email address and contact details, and we will extend Couture privileges to you and your clients.
When you make booking through GDS, please include your agency name and contact details in the SI field

All listed privileges are only valid for bookings made under Couture specific booking codes, not valid for any negotiated rates or otherwise discounted rates, group rates.

Special rates are offered up to maximum 75% off BAR, non-commissionable subject to availability. It is limited to one room per travel advisor; maximum one 3-night stay per hotel per year. Please contact our Global Sales representatives.

Affiliated hotels, namely Chelsea Hotel, Toronto and Eaton hotels do not participate in COUTURE by Langham, nor does Ying n'Flo.

When you make COUTURE booking for your clients, privileges will be extended per room per stay. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay.
When you make COUTURE booking for your own site visits/leisure stays, you are limited to one room per travel advisor per hotel per year.

Your registered email address is your login ID to our Couture website. We need your phone number, to allow us extend follow up call prior to your client’s arrival.

If you do not want to receive marketing emails, you can email us at lhg.couture@langhamhotels.com. However your COUTURE by Langham login/membership may be terminated as agreed during user registration.
